That would be the first suspect. Notice anything weird running in Task Mgr. when this comes up? Other than that, check in Add/Remove for anything suspect, you don't recognize as having installed yourself. Uninstall it/them if possible. Then boot into Safe mode to run a malware scan, less chance something will be running to interfere. Clear out all temp folders first, using CCleaner. Make sure you update MalwareBytes' before scanning again.
