Open Network connections and DELETE any active connection listed.
Re-start and search for wireless networks, select your home network and enter password,
etc.....
If you exit without disconnecting from your home network, if will become the preferred
network and the laptop will connect automatically from then on whenever the laptop
is turned on and wireless enabled.
