No, don't reinstall Windows because of this.
What Apple.. was suggesting you do is uninstall IE 7 temporarily, repair/reinstall
IE 6 and see if that solves the problem. Then reinstall 7 again. Anyway, to see his
reply with those instr., choose the "Show All" link for this thread. His second reply
to you. However, you did get OE to show up in the list.
I'm sorry, I meant to do some more digging yesterday but wasn't online long enough.
(Shoot..., now I can't think of the search terms I used but there were quite a few
resources to check). I'll try to recall what it was and get back to you soon as possible,
IF his instr. don't help you.
