As far as ATI.ACE folder appearing on bootup, you have an entry in msconfig that
doesn't have quotation marks around the entry. You need to edit the registry file.
The entry should read "c:\windows\ati.ace". Look in this registry key for that
entry and just place quotation marks around it.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

As far as Mup.sys goes you will just have to search online and try all suggestions
to get it to work.
