HELLO I MY NAME IS EUGENE, I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY HARDWARE DEVICE CONFLICT.
I AM NOT GETING ANY SOUND OR AUDIO ON WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. THE SOUND DEVICE HAS
A EXCLAMATION POINT (!) NEXT TO IT. AND A RED X NEXT TO THAT TOO. I CAN'T SEEM TO
GET THE RED X OFF THE ICON. THE DEVICE IS TURNED OFF.
THANK YOU
