I AM NOT GETING ANY SOUND OR AUDIO ON WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. THE SOUND DEVICE HAS A EXCLAMATION POINT (!) NEXT TO IT. AND A RED X NEXT TO THAT TOO. I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THE RED X OFF THE ICON. THE DEVICE IS TURNED OFF. THANK YOU EUGENE~ OR 1(718)537-8149 TO WALK ME THROU THIS MATTER.
