Hi,
I found the answer using the file monitor program:
C:\Documents and Settings\Daddy.ORGIE-NTHFYZE6A\My Documents\Downloads\Filemon.zip.zip
The issue here was Microsoft Office Groove - removing this component using add/remove
programs solved the issue completely.
Process monitor is great but the file monitor helped me track the exact read/write
activity that was going on.
