John, open Device Manager (Click on Start then Run, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter).

Expand Display Adapter, then right click on your Nvidia entry and select Properties.

Click on the Driver tab, then click on the Roll back driver button.

This will take you back to the previously installed and hopefully working driver.
