The option is only available on the icon which IE7 creates when it is installed -
do you have more than one IE icon perhaps ?
Anyway, there's a workaround. Open IE, Tools, Manage Add-ons and then Enable or Disable
Add-ons.
Disable them all and close /restart IE. If the problem has gone away, enable them
one at a time until you find the culprit . . . or eliminate this likely possibliity.
