Ok, I'm not sure exactly when this problem began but I never had a problem doing it before. Now, no matter what file type I try to copy to a flash drive (& I've tried with more than 1 flash drive & diferent usb ports) I get a box with a meassage that says, error copying xxxx file, The directory cannot be created. I've done some online searching for the answer to this problem, with no success. So I'm here again to get some expert help. If you have an answer to my problem, please be as specific as possible. Thanks, Jerry
