Your operating system is on "C" unless you instaled it on "D" . The hard drives should be set up in BIOS as well as just puting the jumpers on one to master = the one where the operating system is installed , and the other as slave . If you have done that you should start on "C" and be able to acess and use "D" . You can also install a second operating system and when you start you will be asked which system you want to start . So have i understood ? , if not please explain exactly what you mean and what you want .
