Try a malware scan for starters. Check in Add/Remove first for anything suspect you 
don't recognize as having installed yourself. Uninstall it/them, unless you're unsure.

Download, install and update MalwareBytes' anti-malware... run a scan..

P.S. Please go into your forum prefs and delete this header: Win 2003 Server password, 
since it's irrelevant to your problem.
