I can see two courses of action at this point - the first would be my favourite from the little information we have: 1. Back up your data (I'd do that anyway) and use the Dell recovery partition to re-build your PC. 2. Run MalwareBytes a few times, also SuperAntispyware more than once. Get CCleaner and run that too. If you still have problems either go to a dedicated malware forum (post back if you want links) or revert to 1. Whichever you choose, you need to work differently to cut down the infections in the first place - some thoughts on that: * Use Firefox instead of IE * Install SpywareBlaster * Run MalwareBytes and SuperAntispyware scans regularly * Run CCleaner regularly * Think about the Internet sites you visit/the mail attachments you open . . . otherwise you will be straight back to having a crippled PC.
