Yeah, try loading "Last Known Good...,"
then try loading in Safe Mode, then Normal Mode.
Then try loading in Safe Mode and removing the AV program.
You might have mentioned what the AV program is.
If none of those work.... I use disk imaging software to quickly recover from situations 
like this. Too late for that this time, but maybe next time.
