There may be a wait of a few to several days, because they're swamped with problems like this. It sounds by your description you'd better disconnect your PC from the net, until you get this sorted. Use a different system to get this taken care of, if possible. Also, I see by your log, much of those entries were in your temp internet folder. Clear them out with CCleaner.
