Thank you for your reply posting the results and also
for your detailed replies to all the other suggestions
given. This sort of feedback is all too rare, yet it is a
common courtesy to those people trying to help and
may also act as a useful case-history for others
experiencing similar problems.
Worst of all, of course are those posters who simply
leave a message along the lines of "All fixed, not to
worry," ignoring the fact that their fix may be
valuable information for other users. Very egoistical!
