What I did was roll back to IE 7, then reset IE back to its default like new setting, saved a copy of all the favorites to a different folder so I could even empty the Favorite Folder. Then reinstalled IE8. After wards copied all her favorites back to the Favorite Folder. Written in response to: Page changed for ie8.
