When I opened a form to book time for a car check-up there we go - the dates where in Thai again !! Then I went to IE to try the same and halleluja here was no Thai. So I dug into Firefox which is my default browser. And I found a solution within minutes on their support page. Under Tools/Options/Language settings - there I had Thai. Deleted it and now I am rid of it. So Windows wasn't the culprit for once.
