Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 5:46 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Steve (21668 messages posted) Usually you can just drag it back down, if it won't do that possible the end Separator Bar at the end of the Quick launch bar got dragged underneath, and to the right of the Start Button. Drag it back up to the Rt side of the Quick launch Shortcuts. Then see if you can drag the Bar down. If that works lock the taskbar to prevent it getting dragged.
