re: explorer wont work Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 10:28 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by bob zinda (59 messages posted) I dld and ran malwarebytes scan, and it found 5 viruses and 9 infections. cleaned them all. the viruses blocked my 'restore' from working so I could not go back even 2 weeks. I dld firefox on my lan PC and transfer the file to this one that would not go online, and installed it. firefox runs fine here now but not the IE 7. I think I will just stick with firfox, and use the malwarebytes program also.
