can't open word document Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 9:56 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Robert Bergum (9 messages posted) I cannot open my word documents it gives me this message "User does not have access privileges" I'm the only one who uses this computer and I don't know why it gives me this. I think it happened when I restored my backup. I want to know how to do it with out paying $100 or more to restore 6 priceless files.
