I can find some programs by going through the task manager. I do not know what my grandson did to create the problem so I do not know where to start looking to correct the problem. simple solution, I think is system restore, but can not find it with task manager. Would appreciate any suggestions tks, Ed The message below was part of original and I can not find it in edit to remove, please disregard Nothing on screen to allow me to do anything, only way into computer is through task manager (cont-alt-delete). This will allow me access to some programs but I can not get to system restore points which I think will correct the problem.
