Patched XP SP2 PC on a Windows 2003 Server network. Getting a message after XP loads:

To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program.

Name: WMI
Publisher: Microsoft Corporation.

Data execution prevention helps protect ...

PC has been scanned with Symantec. I have checked on many resolutions in Google. Nothing has worked. Can one of you pros point me in the direction of a resource that does not have me pulling out a form of payment?
