Administrator user cannot download Friday, May 15, 2009 at 5:17 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Carlos Silva (1 messages posted) I created a second Administrator type user but she cannot download programs like Yahoo Messenger, for example. An error pops up specifying she needs administrator priviledges. Checked the user account, and it is an administrator. Tried deleting and recreating, but it did not help. Tried with another user name same thing. Seems that every user I create on this machine shows as administrator but in fact is a limited user. Thanks in advance for any tip on this issue.
