I am having several issues.First, when attempting to connect to the internet, I get the "cannot find www.google.com make sure the address is correct" message.. I have tried other addresses with the same result. When opening AOL it doesnt find anything. When I try clicking on "run" I get a message "windows cannot create a shortcut here". AVG 8.5.325 says my system is clean.... Internet connection works (cable modem) on other computers.Thank you!
