IExplorer.exe crashes

I have come across a similar problem. Ever since I downloaded Internet Explorer
8, I have 3 - 5 pop-ups with the title "SysFader: iexplore.exe - Application Error".
Below the title bar there is a single message, 'The instruction at "0x03b2c924"
referenced memory at "0x03b2c924". The memory could not be "written".', followed
by two buttons (Ok and Cancel) with two captions. The captions stated:
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
and no matter which one I choose, I, seemingly, get the same result. Nothing other
than the program closing. I have already tried:
Reinstalling IE8
Rebooting
Reinstalling IE7 (I can't because it says there is already a newer version installed)
Uninstalling (took out paint, calculator, and the sound recorder instead {have
not looked at the backup yet})
Deleting IE8 manually (some files cannot be deleted)
Moving all IE8 related files (they all somehow magically reappear). I am almost
completely out of ideas. Anyone know what to do?
