The doco does specify a "Standard User" - maybe that's why it is greyed out. You
need Admin privileges to do it.
The is one of the perennial questions with Windows - To use Admin logon (less secure)
or not use Admin logon (more secure).
I gave up with XP and 2000 after having to re-logon as Administrator for too many
simple tasks... MS seems to have seen the problem with Vista - where you can "run
as" Admin to do "hard core" stuff, but most everyday stuff is possible with the
the pseudo-Admin logon that Vista offers...
