Hardware, like a possible mouse problem? It just shut down on me a few minutes ago.
Here's the message:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
i8042prt
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
That's for the USB mouse/keyboard? I just updated my mouse driver...it kept freezing
at Wdf01000.sys. I'd have to hard boot to restart. Anything else I can/should do?
Thanks!
