I don't know of a utility to remove it, but there may be one from a reliable source 
somewhere. Do NOT have anything to do with a tool you need to purchase to remove 
it!

I know how you feel, but it's good to get past that feeling at some point. If you 
backup your registry first, all it takes is following those steps, slowly and carefully.

If you know someone who's more comfortable editing the registry, maybe they'd be 
willing to help?
