Had exactly the same problem last night on 2 identical computers. Even tried the
run from dvd disc. Also unable to use previous restore points since each and every
one rejected.
Have been using Comodo firewall for some 12 months and recalled that earlier in
day installed most recent updates.
Uninstalled Comodo firewall, restarted computer and the old Quicken version 5 being
used for many years was working again. Also the old restore points that had been
rejected were now working again.
Have emailed Comodo letting them know about this puzzle and hope they will make some
sort of change allowing me to return to their firewall.
