I met something similar inside XP recently - Help and Support's help wouldn't display properly - same error. Eventually I re-installed JScript over itself which fixed it - you can get it here That fixed the issue, so I suppose it was corrupt - I believe that JScript installs with your browser, so if you've updated or change IE that might be the cause. Having said all that I'm inclined to Nigel's view that in your case its a poorly written website.
