Automatic Memory Dump

We recently changed computers in the office. Our old one burned up on us and we took one of the extra ones out of the business center. The new computer has an automatic memory dump on it everytime you log off. Is there a way to disable this feature? Right now installing any of the programs is impossible because rebooting is not an option due to the memory dump. Even the administrator account has the feature on it and I have tried everything that I know to do to turn if off. If you could help us out we would greatly appreciate it.
