Error starting Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 11:34 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Juan Carlos (1 messages posted) Every time I start my computer I get an error and get promptedto send a report (whih I always do). It says windows explorer has encountered a problem and has to shut down. The error says: App name: Explorer.exe App Ver: 6.0.2900.512 Mod Name: ws2_32.dll Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 71ab6a55 Then, after sending the report it continues and aparently it is working, but every now and then it stops navigating and I have to restart the computer.
