Account Restriction Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 9:09 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Karen (1 messages posted) When I powered up this morning and typed in my user password, I received a message that says "unable to log you on because of account restriction." Can't log on as a guest either. This is my personal lap top...no other users. Appreciate any tips/solutions you might have to offer.
