XP 64 bit has many, many problems, from drivers to design. Was really only intended
for computer manufacturers and professional environments where the vendors had tested
everything together to make sure it worked, and wasn't intended for the general public.
You won't find much support for it when you have Vista and now Windows 7 coming
out.

Windows 7 will have a lot of the bugs and driver/hardware issues worked out and in
my tests, it is better than Vista.

My advice, forget XP 64 bit. Driver and code issues will never be resolved as it
is an old operating system that MS has stopped developing for. You will just be
wasting your time on trying to solve some of the issues. There may be forums dedicated
to XP 64 bit, but I haven't run across any good ones.
