Here's another link you can try. It's loosely associated with Tom's Hardware and
has some very knowledgeable Volunteers. Tom's seems to have abandoned IE. I get locked
up every time.

IF you want good help Fast, Post your System Credentials on the Forum, in your first
Post. No one can advise you if you don't tell them exactly what you're Running.
You need;
Computer Make and exact model number.
Exact Operating System, including Service Pack#.
Processor Name and Specs
Installed RAM in mb or GB whichever applies.
Motherboard Make & model number if a Cuctom Computer (not OEM). They may want to
know about your Power Supply too.
If this is all Greek (or GEEK) to you, just right click My Computer, select properties
and supply everything on the first screen that pops up. System Properties.
You do have to sign in to post on the Forum.
