I had this same problem and was beating my head against the wall trying to figure
it out (chkdsk, among many other things, didn't work for me). After giving up, I
pulled the HD out to backup the data onto another WinXP machine. While I was backing
it up, I went ahead and copied the AGP440.sys and the AGPCPQ.sys files from my WORKING
computer, to the drive that wouldn't boot, gave it one last shot, and WAHLAH!!!...the
machine booted just fine.
The video is a bit laggy, but I'm gonna do some driver updates, etc. to see if that
helps.
