Still sound like an overheating problem to me, have you enough space in your case to try and re route cables etc to give a better airflow, This may sound silly but giving your case internals a good going over with a vaccum cleaner can sometimes help especially around the processor heatsink, (make sure you use the brush attachment if you have one), other wise you may have to resort to adding or upgrading your internal fans
