The model number is NOT listed in that sequence. As I said before, the computer can
not "read" that information from an older monitor. And yours is very old in monitor
years - 13 years!! It's time to think about getting a new one. Typical life time
for a CRT is about 5 years. One of the many failure modes is that the display starts
to "bloom," and get bigger than the size of the screen.
However even though the entire screen won't fit within the display, you should be
able to resize the Window and all of the columns in OE as Steve suggested, for a
temporary fix.
