Hi Ricer, you maybe right that it looks too strange to be a model #. I didn't know
it was 13 years old. When I bought it from that person around 2 or 3 years ago it
looked almost new and it worked well.
However, this problem didn't occur with this same monitor when I went to the Microsoft
Outlook Express Forum, also in the same format...I think I'll just click to reduce
the window (where the numbers show) when I need to know the numbers until (and if)
I can get someone to help me get the real model # from the back. thanks again!
