I just have to respond to this problem. I tried so many things and was ready to
uninstall service pack3 and reinstall like I read, then I decided to try removing
the google toolbar from the Control Panel, couldn't believe my eyes when I rebooted
and there was my Start button and toolbar! Mine disapeared because of the 2010 virus,
I got it removed but it left me with the corrupted explorer.exe file.
Thank you, thank you, Emario and others who wrote in originally.
