I dont know if that is what is causing my problems but when I responed to this I had 4 iexplore.exe running in my task manager. And it seems that I may have duplicate processes running also like svchost.exe network service. I dont understand why I would need two processes running named the same. Inside my task manager the cpu listing under processes all read 00 but I can tell the other processes are doing something because the memory usage changes.
