USB causes Reboot

Whenever i plug in a device into my USB port that tries to access the computer memory like a MP3 player or a flash drive the computer reboots however the printer & my phone when connected cause no problem This is the error code BCCode : 1000007e, BCP1 : 80000004, BCP2 : F84BA8E8, BCP3 : F84BA7E8, BCP4 : F84BA4E4, OSVer : 5_1_2600, SP : 3_0, Product : 256_1 I tried uninstalling the drivers however when i rebooted & they were reinstalled, the problem still persisted
