as pointed out before check which fan it is first, if you need to replace the PSU 
your best bet is to take it out (normally only a few screws, make sure it does not 
fall on anything in the case) and take it to a shop with you to make sure you get 
a match. PSUs in OEM cases (dell, HP ect) can use nonstandard connections and form 
factors. Putting a higher wattage PSU in is no problem, but do not go lower as it 
might not be enough power for the system.
