Disabling Move-to files types confirmation messages Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 12:11 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by shotgun (2 messages posted) I am trying to move a large amount of files from one drive to another. Each folder transfer takes over an hour so I hit one and go out. When I come back, instead of having it finished, it's stuck on asking me if I'm sure I want to move the read-only / hidden file (thumbs.db). Yes I'm sure I do. How may I prevent these confirmation messages to appear in ALL sessions (not just 'yes-to-all' per-session)?
