Third Party file manager.  Windows doesn't have the settings and options that other 
utilities do.  I've used Total Commander with pretty good luck.  Handles large numbers 
of files much easier than the basic ability of Windows and won't ask you if you want 
to copy a file if you don't want it to..  Many other features to. They all have a 
bit of a learning curve to set them up but it isn't bad once you learn your way around 
in them..

Total Commander is try before you buy if I remember right, with no limitations.  
At least there didn't use to be for a limited trial period...
