Yes, That was the first thing I did. I scanned for Malware using :
a) Spybot SD b) Superantispyware c) Advanced System Care
I also did a Boot Time scan with Avast for virus .
No trojan, virus but some spyware were found . All spyware were quarantined.
I created a new admin profile yesterday . Copied all files and folders in docs and
settings from my old profile except ntuser.dat/.log/.ini to the new profile. I over
wrote the new with the old whenever there was a duplicate
Problem still there.
Maybe I have to delete my old profile before it will work? But before I do I have
to manually transfer all my files and get Outlook to work in the new profile ( ie
have to set it up) .I thought it would work immediately because during the copy to
new profile I noticed that the Pst was transfered . It looks like it did not transfer
my comcast settings . Maybe I could just delete the old profile but retain all the
old files to save work ?
Any other suggestions?
