I think when I clicked on tools,options,maintenance and the store file this problem started. I deleted all the dbx files there,then I went to the recycle bin and tried to restore them,couldn't do that.I went back to the page where I thought I deleted them but they were still there. I must have changedm something by doing this. How do I get the sending & email working again?
