Your BIOS settings are not the issue. 99% sure you have had a hardware failure,
primary suspect is the HDD (hard drive). If you have a major brand name computer,
they usually have a diagnostics utility that can be run, but if the HDD is failing,
it may not be able to run. Consult the manufacturer or your documentation to see
what diagnostics options you have, if any.
Some HDD manufacturers have a downloadable diagnostics program that can check the
drive, a few don't. I would start by checking the drive if possible. You will probably
need some hands on help, or the diagnoses of a trusted repair shop the way it sounds
by your description...
You want to write down the full 0x00- - - - - - number as you can put it in a search
engine and find articles on what the causes are. Or we may be able to help/point
you in the general direction to solve the issue(s). Some are fixable, some not,
just depends on what causes it. When it is hardware, the process is usually complicated,
starting with trying to rescue data if possible.
