When I try to print a pic that is downloaded in My Pics, a gen. tab keeps saying "no profiles set up on this computer". What profiles do they mean? I am using OE. How do I create a profile?

When I go to IE I get a pop up saying there is an"IE script error- Line 43-- Character 12--Error library not registered Code0 Then a URL file and a lot of numbers. Then a question "do you want to continue running scrips on this page? a "yes" and "no" box. How do I eliminate this script error or correct it?
