Bar on Desktop Screen Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 4:24 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Dewey Nelson (231 messages posted) My widowed neighbor has suddenly started to get a 1" (about) blue bar on the side of her main desktop screen. It has the time, etc.--looks like what should be on the bottom of the screen. I know it should be simple, but.......... Thanks for any help.
